Omar Wadhwa is the Managing Partner of the firm and a registered patent attorney who advises clients ranging from multinational corporations and established industry leaders to emerging startups and individual inventors. He counsels on all aspect of intellectual property strategy, with a focus on patent portfolio development, U.S. and international patent prosecution, and long-term IP positioning. 

 

Omar routinely drafts and prosecutes patent applications across a wide range of advanced technical fields, including artificial intelligence, computer networks, GNSS technology, signal processing, file system architectures, software and hardware systems, storage technology, medical devices, motor systems, mechanical inventions, and financial technologies.
