Michele Liu Baillie is a seasoned patent and trademark prosecution attorney dedicated to helping clients protect their innovations in the U.S. and internationally. She has extensive experience guiding companies through the entire patent procurement process-from identifying patentable inventions to drafting, filing, and prosecuting utility and design patent applications in the US and abroad. Her expertise spans software, wireless technology, climate tech, and health tech, with a recent focus on the evolving patentability landscape of AI.

An award-winning attorney and recognized leader in her field, Michele was named one of the Top Women of Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2018 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by New England Super Lawyers each year since 2018.
