From Boston

• Take SUMMER STREET past the new convention center, and at the second traffic light turn LEFT onto DRYDOCK AVENUE.
• Follow DRYDOCK AVENUE, which bears around to the right and becomes BLACK FALCON AVENUE, and 88 Black Falcon Avenue will be on your left.
• Continue traveling straight toward the pier and turn LEFT so that you are driving along the pier.
• Proceed to the third entrance and park your car in any of the spaces bearing the following numbers: 158, 160 and 161, or in a visitor spot.
• Enter the building and take the elevator to the second floor, our offices are located in Suite 271, which is immediately to your left as you exit the elevator.

From Logan Airport

• Take Rt. 1A South toward Logan Airport/Sumner Tunnel. 
• Stay straight to go onto I-90 West/ Williams Tunnel through toll. 
• Take Exit 25 - South Boston and keep right at the fork to go on CONGRESS STREET.
• Proceed to the second traffic light turning right on D STREET.
• At the next intersection turn LEFT onto SUMMER STREET.
• Proceed to the second traffic light and turn LEFT onto DRYDOCK AVENUE.
• Follow DRYDOCK AVENUE, which bears around to the right and becomes BLACK FALCON AVENUE, and 88 Black Falcon Avenue will be on your left.
• Continue traveling straight toward the pier and turn LEFT so that you are driving along the pier.
• Proceed to the third entrance and park your car in any of the spaces bearing the following numbers: 158, 160 and 161, or in a visitor spot.

Directions coming from the South (Routes 95 and 128)

• Take I-93 North to EXIT 20 toward I-90 / LOGAN AIRPORT / WORCESTER / S. STATION. This is a two lane exit.
• Move into left lane and take the I-90 E exit on the LEFT toward LOGAN AIRPORT / SOUTH BOSTON.
• As you drive into the tunnel, move into the right hand lane and travel in the right hand lane through tunnel, following signs for South Boston.
• As you exit from the tunnel, move into the right hand lane where you will approach a traffic light.
• At the traffic light, turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CONGRESS STREETand proceed to the second traffic light turning right on D STREET.
• At the next intersection turn LEFT onto SUMMER STREET.
• Proceed to the second traffic light and turn LEFT onto DRYDOCK AVENUE.
• Follow DRYDOCK AVENUE, which bears around to the right and becomes BLACK FALCON AVENUE, and 88 Black Falcon Avenue is then on your left.
• Continue traveling straight toward the pier and turn LEFT so that you are driving along the pier.

Directions from the West

• From I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) take EXIT 25 South Boston and follow signs for SEAPORT BOULEVARD, which is the left lane of the exit ramp. After the ramp splits move to the right lane.
• At the traffic light turn RIGHT onto CONGRESS STREETand proceed to the second traffic light turning right on D STREET.
• Proceed to the third traffic light and turn LEFT onto SUMMER STREET
• Proceed to the second traffic light and turn LEFT onto DRYDOCK AVENUE.
• Follow DRYDOCK AVENUE, which bears around to the right and becomes BLACK FALCON AVENUE, and 88 Black Falcon Avenue will be on your left.
• Continue traveling straight toward the pier and turn LEFT so that you are driving along the pier.

• From Interstate 93 South, take the Purchase Street exit, which is within the Interstate 93 tunnel. Stay in the left lane of the Purchase Street exit.
• As you exit the tunnel, take a LEFT turn, cross Atlantic Avenue and proceed straight onto SEAPORT BOULEVARD.
• F ollow SEAPORT BOULEVARD, which merges with NORTHERN AVENUE, past Jimmy’s Restaurant and into the Marine Industrial Park.
• At the end of Seaport Boulevard/Northern Avenue, take a RIGHT onto TIDE STREET, and then a LEFT onto DRYDOCK AVENUE.
• Follow DRYDOCK AVENUE, which bears around to the right and becomes BLACK FALCON AVENUE, and 88 Black Falcon Avenue will be on your left.
• Continue traveling straight toward the pier and turn LEFT so that you are driving along the pier.
